These three seem to be in order of increasing "risk". The first one looks OK to me; the second one mentions "Google", which could be seen as drawing attention to the ads; and the third... I wonder what G thinks of writing "click the ads" just above their ads, even if it is in an "innocent" sentence!

We were doing some of this and realized that it looked like labeling, even though there was content next to the ads. Google said yes, it looked like the title was a label, so we put some text above the ads and beside them. Seemed to appease the Google gods.
