Ads right below the page title?

Is it considered labeling the ads or not?

There are many people doing this. See the 3 examples given:

These three seem to be in order of increasing "risk". The first one looks OK to me; the second one mentions "Google", which could be seen as drawing attention to the ads; and the third... I wonder what G thinks of writing "click the ads" just above their ads, even if it is in an "innocent" sentence!

Font Pt. Size = 6: "Tips on getting more people to"
Font Pt. Size = 16: "Click the Ads!"

That should do it! ;)

We were doing some of this and realized that it looked like labeling, even though there was content next to the ads. Google said yes, it looked like the title was a label, so we put some text above the ads and beside them. Seemed to appease the Google gods.
