I have achieved one of the top real estate websites for my state, and get so many inquiry's I cant humanly reply to them all......
I think web development in the next mountain Id like to conquer, I see the income can be from 30k a year to tens of millions....I love the diversity.
I think anyone who has been at this steady for the last 12 months is making at least a $100. a day?
what do you all think? and is this a realistic figure?
thanks,
Joel
I run the adsense ads on some other advertising programs and if I can't capture the sale I still have the chance of gaining adsense revenue.
I did just read on WebProworld I think it was that there are some marketers doing $2,000.00+ per day...While I am sure it is the exception to the rule with numbers like that $200.00 doesn't seem too far fetched.
Joel if you sticky mail me, or contact me through my site, I can help you solve your too many leads problem, and it will be 100 times easier than selling RE.
I would retire from real estate which Ive been making $200-300k per year
Many have seen their income fall off for various reasons
Adsense income can vary greatly from month to month. I've made well over $200 a day one month and the next month I make $50 a day after a G update.
I would think long and hard before I "retired" from a $200-$300K job to try and make a living off of Adsense. Work at it for a year, on the side and see how you do.
Also, read the countless threads on this forum started by users saying the exact same thing you are saying. There is alot of great advice and guidance.

Plus,
- Don't think for a second it is easy to get to $200/day. It takes work.
- Then there is "staying" there! That takes work too.
- Then there is the unknown: you are at the mercy of Google, Yahoo, etc. They burp, you starve.
I wouldn't give up the residential side but would have others run it for you. Again you don't want to cut off revenue streams.
For the others who mentioned going from 200K to 75K
You forget one thing 200,000k in business revenue does not equal 200k in your pocket, after taxes and expense his gross profits may be around 75K
I have one site related to real estate of a particular state. Though I am not a realtor so I bet it's a lot easier for you to come up with valuable content.
Yes $200 or more is realistic -- it just takes a lot of traffic.
How about creating similar websites for other states and/or cities? Do you have a real estate blog? You could use it to feed trafic to your other real estate sites.
