What is the difference between "max CPC" which we specify in adwords and the "Average CPC" which Google specifies ...?
And how Google specify Average CPC ..?
Thank You.

This question should be addressed to the AdWords forum.

Max. CPC = The maximum cost which you're willing to pay for each click for a particular keyword.

Average CPC = Total of the actual CPC (you actual paid) over number of clicks you got during a certain period.
