I have read on WW that YPN is allowing spending earning on linked Advertising account.

So is it not a time for a Google to think and introduce the same feature i.e. allowing publisher to link their account with AdWords account and publisher may spend money from earning to linked AdWords account.

This way Google will also earn more.

What’s your opinion?

This is a feature that is long overdue.

although i understand yahoo are doing it.

i think it unlikely that google will do it mainly because of the tax implications.

adsense cheques would be lower in some instances (or even non existant) - yet the money has still been earned and is still taxable, offsetting schemes like you are suggesting muddy the waters and could possibly reflect badly on google as far as the authorities are concerned.

- this is just imho, i'm not a lawyer or accountant

Another problem is that Google operates their AdSense and AdWords activities from different locations. As a European publisher and advertiser, my AdSense contract partner is Google USA, while AdWords invoices are sent from a European Google office.

Yahoo YPN is currently only targetting the US market making the financial integration of advertising and publishing much easier.

ok so there are some techincal problems to resolve, but i still think it is a great idea.

I wonder how long before they do it, or are they really going to allow ypn to capture those interested in this feature?

I understand the tax problems but they can start with individual users or country to test it. Once they have everything planned they can launch it. They must have highly paid and intelligent tax consultants who can suggest them way-out.

Yes it is possible for them.

on the tax front the solution is simple,

the withhold taxes automatically until otherwise proved.

Google can at least offer this feature to users from countries where the advertisement expenses are allowed to be deducted from tax.
