I find whenever I change ad layouts and sometimes even just content, the adsense ads suddenly stop being accurate to the page, become PSAs or just relevant to the broad site topic. Eventually they settle back to more accurate on-page topic but I've never really worked out how long that takes, I guess a week or two.
What do other people think?
