Hi Guys, im actually a theft.. i gonna admit that. i did some invalid clicks and earned quite a little, just $20 in a week. google did not disable my account yet but I already stopped doing those things. what if google found my account having violated their rules.. are they gonna file a case against me? huhuhuhu.. those are actually not repeated clicks. just a search box in my website, after the result are displayed, i just click on the ads... of course, i admit that this wrong. very wrong. and i feel sory. and im going to stop. but what if google find what i did. are they gonna file a case against me or what? sory to google and the affected advertisers.

Must likely they will have the US Department of Homeland Security pick you up and send you to Guantonamoe Bay Cuba, where you will be given an oppurtunity to explain your actions.

This of course will not happen until you reach over $100 and it's at the end of the month.

I'd consider sending them an email and explain it all. If they are in a good mood, they will appreciate your honesty, reset your account to 0$, and let you stay in the system.

You'll lose 20$, but it's better then getting booted. and the 20$ was smelly money anyway.
But then again, maybe they are in a bad mood and just kick you out.difficult situation.

You're absolutely right Lex!

I saw an item on FOX News last week about the exact same thing happening to a guy in Mexico. Apparently Google notified the local authorities and a "Mexican S.W.A.T." team raided his house early one morning. The next day he was walking around that famous compound in a bright orange jumpsuit.

You won't catch me clicking my own Google Adsense Ads - and particularly not ADMITTING TO IT on an internet forum where you can be traced from!

GGGM I would just make sure that I didn't do it again, keep quite and hope that things will be OK.

A guy over here in the UK admitted that he was clicking on his own ads. The "big guy" took him away before dawn one morning and he was dragged behind a cart from Glasgow to London before being beheaded and his head mounted on a pole in Charing Cross. You can still see the skull on the pole there with its big google eyes :)

(I'm only joking BTW, but I don't know about LexLuther.)

With his big google eyes.....LOL....:)

So he must have been dragged down the M6 - M1 - A5 - down to Marble Arch and across to Charing Cross? One helluva of drag!

Some month ago, there had been a similar post in a German AdSense forum.

I wrote, that he should write to Google about the situation.

He received an email from Google and he remained in good standing.

Hopefully you'll be removed from the program. Thank you for contributing to MY clicks being worth less.

Cheers

trolls...

Let's see, the first thing I would do is contact Brett and ask him to send over the IP address of the person starting this post.

Hope they were smart enough to use a proxy...

No, they will not. They go after big guys.

However, they will disable your account if they find out you cheated by clicking on your own ads.

If it is the site implied by the email address in your profile, then there are already some issues that Google may have with the content.

So you may not get your money anyway.

How old are you dude? I bet not more than 16 or so. Although that's an age enough to know stealing is bad BEFORE doing it, some people grow really slowly. Kid, please use your energy for the goodness. You'll keep doing what you're used to do.

The ads that are displayed in your searchbox are still associated with your AdSense account. They are credited to your balance, so financially they are "your" ads, although you did not add the code to display them.
