" Google ignores META Tag keywords"

Google will most likely ignore that because it is prone to abuse.

Not quite! Under normal circumstances, a page with adequate text, they are generally not used. They are used however as a last resort when there is no other information available on or about the page to determine topic and content. EG., a pure graphic or flash page. They are also used when the terms in the metatags do not appear on the page, eg, misspellings.

It is always wise to build good metatags for all pages, just in case.

Exactly! Build good content around your chosen keyword or phrase for the page.

>then what will be the effect of meta tags like keywords?
See above.

I haven't seen any evidence of meta keywords working in adsense. It is content that is indexed by Google. How they use it is up to them and probably varies with time. I recently worked on some of mine because I had some gallery pages that were too similar due to lack of text and html generated by photoshop. I feel it is indexable content that can be used to reduce the amount of duplication on otherwise similar pages. Other SE's do place more importance on them. IMO it's still part of the job.

I spent my first site learning how to do everything online for free. My answer would be no.

You mean one of those lists of adsense keywords that are supposed to pay a lot? No.

Create a quality site with vocabulary-rich content around a topic that you have an interest in and knowledge about. Sure, check keywords - Overture Keyword Tool is free, so are the Google tools for getting ideas, check so you make sure to include popular, relevant words on the pages. Then watch the stats for more ideas for creating more content, based on what users are looking for.

That's how Google says to make sites and it works.

ok i got it ..
But one sword is still over my head that is to buy Google Adwords i m very new in this business.
That's y i m bit nervous .. because $20 adwords at very minimum rate will give me only 333 visitors .
Let say they give me 1000 impression and @ 5 % clicks there will be 50 clicks and now i don't know what will be the average money i will get for clicks generated with or without good market keywords .
As keyword sellers say minimum $1 average ..
it will give me $50.
but if i fell between $0.15 - $ 0.20 then i will run into loss.
So advises to me are greatly appreciated .
Thank You.

Search engine traffic is free.

A page has to be very good to make money by purchasing visitors.

But a very goog page has enough natural search engine traffic, that it's not necessary to buy visitors.
