And the ads are titled "sponsored listings". There is no mention of Google anywhere unless you look at the source html.
The last site I looked at was owned by a <snip> according to WhoIs. Surely Google must know about and is sanctioning these sites. Otherwise this company would never be approved for AdSense.

No, I don't think they are domain parks because they have page after page on every topic under the sun. Finance, health, software, shopping, mortgage, electronics, dating, business, books, music, movies, poker etc. all listed as categories on the main page. I think domain parks must be related to the domain name.
Looks like a super scaper site sanctioned by Google to me.
They are usually on popular generic keyword domains that get most (if not all) of their traffic from type-ins rather than search engine visitors.
From what I understand, "scraper" sites are usually sites that clog up the search engine results.
Did you type in this domain or did you find it in the top serps while you were searching for something else?
