I was thinking of incorporating the Google earch Box onto my website, but I'd be interested to know what kind of results, (%'s), people have had between the revenue from it and the normal Google Adsense ads.
Thanks
In another thread it was mentioned by someone that they get 80% of their Google Adsense revenue from the Google search box being used on their websites, as opposed to their normal Google Adsense ads.
And several days later was the same person the victim in an account terminated threat.
At me is the search box between 0,5 and 2% of all revenues.
Even while I did not change anything in my general layout, July increased AdSense income and decreased search box income.
I was a bit dubious about those figures - so I thought I'd ask around.
I'm still of the principle where If I haven't supplied the content for people to settle on my website, (and click my Google Adsense ads), then I must be doing something wrong! So why give then the oportunity to "click off" via a search box?
Thanks again
