Is there way to create a channel to track the Publick Ads?

I was wondering if there is any way one can create channels to track to see how many public ads Adsense has shown on my site.

Actually, Google calls the PSA ads.

If you add an alternative ad URL then your website's visitors will never see a PSA ad. You can then look at how many times your alternative ad URL is loaded or requested and you'll know exactly how many PSA ads were shown.

If you install the alternative ad URL code the you can see the actual number of PSAs in your web log like this:
