Please try and keep the thread limited to suggestions.
My suggestion would be to allow us to block competitor URLs by each website we have.
In our case we have a couple of general sites where our competitors would be right at home however I don''t want them on our B&M site. As it now stands I have to block them from all our sites.
And also loose smart pricing! I fail to see how its my fault if the visitors I send to a site don't convert on that end. If anything its the advertisers fault for not writing a compelling enough ad/website to convert at the other end.

1. A report that shows just the monthly total lines for a range of months for easier at-a-glance comparison. Right now we have to pull each month up separately to see the final total line for the month, then repeat as needed.
2. A couple of new ad formats:
a. An ad format that is wider than a banner but not as wide as a leaderboard. It would probably hold 3 ads max.
b. An ad format that is not as tall as the large rectangle, maybe wider, and would hold 2 to 3 ads.
Just dreaming....
One bottom feeding slimeball is running ads like this so I can't stop him:
[bottomfeedingslimeball.com...]
[bottomfeedingslimeball.com...]
[bottomfeedingslimeball.com...]
[bottomfeedingslimeball.com...]
[bottomfeedingslimeball.com...]
I've blocked 3 or 4 paths already and they just keep coming.
A minimun bid box, ads not meeting the bid rejected.
Hear hear!
Preferably selectable by banner when you get the code for each banner. This is one absolutely positive thing they could implement that would consign scrapers to the fate they deserve. Are they going to want to bid above minumum? Hmm..... If it cost them as much to aquire traffic as they earned from scamming advertisers, then a lot of them would go under very quickly.
I'd like to see the facility to block advertisers by keywords. Not sure it would help me a lot, but there are a lot of people here that it would benefit.
I'd also like to see a banner three ads wide.
Adsense actually booting off advertisers you report as not complying with the TOS.
An end to boiler-plate replies from adsense support.
In my ideal world, I'd like to see smartpricing junked - but I guess that isn't about to happen and we'll have to work with it :(
In detail:
In "table#summarytable" the "tr" after "tr.thead" and before "tr.entity AFC white" should have border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc. Or at least have the sums in "text-decoration: bold".
And also the "table#summarytable tr.spacerrow" seems redundant because you could assign "padding-bottom: 14px" to the last "tr td" containing "view all AdSense for content channels" and get the same result. In collapsed state the spacer row is not much use anyway.
My suggestions for future improvements:
1. Put calculated avg PPC on each line of reports.
2. Better customizable ad block sizes, although we've gotten use to the old limitations now.
3. If they won't allow everyone to use keyword "hints" how about a way to specify what ad types we DON'T want on a page by page basis by KEYWORD or SUJECT. e.g. no fur coat ads on a PETA oriented page/site, no "glass window" ads on "MS windows programming" page.
4. As someone else suggested, produce a report of which ads were clicked on. Most affiliate programs do.
There are many companies far smaller than Google that provide telephone support for instance. Robotic email replies I find distasteful. After all it is the webmasters who provide a very large contribution to googles profits, and as a matter of good PR Google should pay more attention to the people that are making them money. In my opinion Google should offer to assist in getting websites better optimised and ranked, because the more the webmaster can get visitors to the site, the more Google makes!
