How are html filenames parsed?

What is the best format?

Out of habit I named all my filenames in this manner:
aboutWidgets.html, usingWidgets.html, etc.

Is this ok for google and my use of adsense? I'm wondering if I should be using :about-widgets.html instead.

Does this matter with domain names too?

prob makes no difference as you google "aboutwidgets" and it says Did you mean: about widgets

So it can understand.
