Will going from 4 text ads to 1 text ad get rid of PSA's, about 40% of the time PSA are shown?

I figure that if at least one ad is shown, my chances are better.

I just started on adsense for this site, maybe because the end of the month is nearing that is will PSA are shown because the montly ad budget is running out for the rental market?

Not necessarily.

These are the reasons why you're getting PSA ads:
- No inventory available
- Mediapartners bot has not crawled your page yet
- You're not authorized to dispay ads (i.e., account suspended).

There would have to be very few advertisers for your keywords for ads to be running out this early in the month....

But try it. Every site is different. See what works.

ddd5280 –

There are a lot of reasons your site might be receiving PSAs, and most of them are unrelated to the number of individual text ads showing on your site.

Some of the more common possibilities are:

- When did you add the code? If you just pasted the code onto this page, our crawler may not yet have indexed the content of your site. You should start to receive relevant ads in the next 48 hours.

- Does your site have a robots.txt file that’s blocking our crawler from indexing your site?

- Have you opted in to image ads only? If so, you should generate new ad code and make sure to select both image and text ads. We may have a limited inventory of image ads for the content of your site.

- Did you copy the AdSense ad code exactly as it appears in your account pages? If there are any differences, it may result in PSAs appearing on your pages.

If none of these scenarios applies to your site, feel free to sticky mail me with your URL and I’ll be happy to look into it.

I put the AdSense code on the site just last night and I did modify the code slightly for the color of the border so it sounds like i just need to wait until it gets crawled and use the default code.

ps. My Robots.txt is not blocking anything. And i am not using image only ads.

Thanks!
