If you've done nothing wrong you have a better chance getting your current account reinstated.

There have been WebmasterWorld members who have been reinstated after showing they had done nothing wrong. Read the old threads, like I suggested in the other thread you started, and you'll see.

There have been other members who have tried to set up a new account to no avail. Not only does Google know your site they have your whois info, ip address, browser, operating system... and so on.

Your best bet is to make an appeal to Google. Also hunderdown offered to review your site for violations, you should take him up on it. He is a very knowlegeble reponsible member.

Google will ban you, your home address, anyone else at that address of the same surname (yes, I know this as an ABSOLUTE FACT), your website address, not sure about IP addy although I think that woudl be a bit far fetched..

So. Unless you can change all these then you have zero chance of getting a new account.

calm down, many publishers claim they received checks after they were banned. I know that one publisher on this forum claimed he received check from Google 1 year after he was banned. So there is a hope that you could receive that check. Anyways, that's all I can tell you, but I did stay in Holiday Express last night.
