Will New Changes in Adwords Affect Adsense Publishers Negatively?

Changes in Adwords minimum bid amounts.

Google is changing things atAdwords and if I understand right, minimum bids might go down for at least some terms.

From Google staff comments quoted by AdwordsAdvisor in message 11 of this thread [webmasterworld.com]

a minimum bid as low as USD $0.01
.

It sounds like there is also a possibilty that some minimums will go up, but I'm not sure.

It'll be interesting to see how this affects publishers, and which ones.

From reading that thread it would be impossible to guess what effect this will have on AdSense.

It could be great requiring advertisers to raise bids on marginal keywords. On the other hand the lower rates will be given to keywords that have very high CTR.

I'm more concerned about this as an AdWords advertiser than as an AdSense publisher and how it will affect our monthly ad budget.
