I got my check! I would have posted this in the other thread, but it appears to be locked.

It has definitely made my month! Now, all I need is the email from Google saying my account is still in good standing and I can relax for a few days.

I think that maybe the other threads where locked because everyone had had enough of hearing about other webmasters getting their cheques. It has already been established that Google do pay out.

Anyway congratulations on getting it. It does feel really great doesn't it :)

I hope you get an email soon saying everything is okay again.

It is kind of a scary thought thinking that if there is a problem you can easily lose over 2 months of adsense revenue.

Check dated 9/25. Postmarked from NYC on 9/26, first class mail. Received in Philadelphia 10/8.

That's twelve days to go a hundred miles by the US Postal Service. :(

dammit, was same addresss as last time. Problem is my country is very small, and there are many bigger cities with the same name, so usually one would address a letter to my country as "Country (Europe)" to disambiguate it. I've written to AdSense about this issue before and they ignore me. I hope they will now "see the light" and reconsider :(

Excuse my ignorance, but are you people getting checks for the month of AUGUST or SEPTEMBER? I ask because I have yet to receive my check from the SEPTEMBER period. Thanks.

They are referring to checks for August. You can refer to your Payment History on your account.

Blue_Fin...you said I could refer to my payment history within my account....yes...I knew that,but it says that Google will mail out a check WITHIN 30 days...so, that means I could expect to receive it from Oct.1--Oct.30. So, why are people getting checks from AUGUST when it's already more than 30 days?

Because they are not in the U.S. and mail can take weeks to be delivered in some countries.

Google cannot assure when anyone will receive the check. They have said that a check will be mailed within 30 days of the end of the month.
