I have a nice ammount on content on my main page. I have been messing with it a bit and all I get are Public Service Ads any help with getting rid of them and getting real ads?

I do have iframes so I check the frames thing so that it reads inside those frames.

I suppose the most general advice would be to:

1. Ensure your content is as accurate as possible, containing the necessary keywords relating to the type of ads you would ike to appear.

2. Have your content as close to the ads as possible - so that the whole idea of the "contextual advertising" aspect of Adsense actually takes place.

3. Check out the "Google Heat Map" at Adsense SEO Tips to see where the best places for ad placements are.

4. Lose the i-frames. I've never had much faith in them.

I hope that helps :)

Well that was something I was waundering to do they eventually start to dissappear because I put them on the page and they were real ads. Then a few mins later went to public service ads.

Every new site I design - the index page reverts from paying ads to PS ads within the first 24 to 48 hours after uploading the site. It usually starightens itself out with a day or so, and starts showing "real" advertisements. I wouldn't worry yet.

Do you have any other websites or links that you would rather link to?

If so, then add the alternate_url tag to the Google ads and then at least you can put a banner in place of the PSA's that refer to other sites that you own and create 'stickiness'
