Firstly, let me apologize if this topic if covered in
other parts of WebMasterWorld.

Basically, I am keen to know if it is possible (legal?)
to buy visitors for five cents per click, and then earn
substantially more through clicks on high paying Adsense
advertisements.

Is there a "name" for such a process? I would like to
learn more about this concept, unless it is a breach
of Google terms and conditions.
