Leaderboard has no ads until after page reload

Just came across a strange problem - I have a set of new pages. At the top is a 468x60 banner, in the center of the page is a 728x90 leaderboard. Every now and then I check my pages, and I noticed that upon the first page view the leaderboard is empty (i.e. PSA, which is a clearpixel on my site). When hitting the reload button, however, all four slots of the leaderboard are populated with well-targeted ads.

Any ideas why this might happen? I rule out lack of ad inventory because they have ads for the leaderboard, but unfortunately only after reload. I also rule out that the page has not been spidered yet, because I have accessed that page before.

This use to happen to me when I would access my site via my domain "without the www. " For instance, I would bookmark my site without the www and when I used the bookmark, the ads would not load, except on "refresh"

I also tested it by typing my domain in the search both ways, and they failed to load on the domain without the www.

This prompted me to change my site links, and redirects to the www. otherwise visitors were getting PSA's.

Maybe this is not your problem, but it was certainly a problem for me.

PS. My site was running leaderboards too.
