Influencing Ads to be displayed

Is there a way to influence the ads to be displayed on a website. Now I'm not talking extreme like displaying automotive ads on a travel website, but something more subtle like "widgets blue" instead of "widgets red".

Yes, fix the spider food on your page to target "widgets blue" starting with the title, <h1>, alt-text, content, etc. I do this all the time and if you can get your spider food right, not only will the right ads display but you'll be in the proper SERPs too and pull in the right surfers for the right ads.

Nothing magical about it, but as I've mentioned in a few threads before you can actually use AdSense to fine tune your SEO because when the right ads display, your SEO is dead on the money and everything clicks.

I was amazed when I got it all right, my traffic and earnings went up.
