My sites are currently using verdana, one of my favorite and in 12 px. I saw a thread somewhere that AS is using arial with 11px. For those who are using this font size, any successful increasing of earnings, ctr after switching?
Just an fyi..
I think that there is a fine line between blending ads with content and disguising ads as content.
Google can be so weird sometimes. They stick an extremely obnoxious "Ads by Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooogle" at the top or bottom of every AS block and then complain if we try to blend the ads in with our content. Do we get paid for any of the clicks our visitors make on their own ad (the aforementioned "Ads by Goooooogle")? Nope. Free advertisement for them on every page we have AS code.
I love the revenue from AS, but Google needs to stop being schizophrenic.
Do you receive negative feedbacks from visitors complaining that your sites are using text sizes too small?
Sirkei...
I've never had a complaint at all like that.
Perhaps on my site it is easy to adjust the font.
Also... I would say my ads are "asthetically" blended, but they are clearly not masquerading as content.
