OK I have 15 sites each with their own standard channel for the www dot domain dot com

I have now setup a special channel for a set of pages, created the code added it to the pages within the channel.

When I view stats I see the special channel on its own line at the top then all the other 15 standards below, the special channels earnings is it already added to the www dot com channel for that specific site or do I subtract it from me channels stats total figure, phew, hope you guys understand that explanation, do I or dont I subtract it from the total?

Try comparing the total when you view aggregate versus the total when you view channels. If the channels total is higher, it's being double-counted.

But if I understood you correctly, your new channel B is a 2nd ad block appearing on the same pages with part of channel A? If you look at both A and B stats, you will be double counting the impressions, not the earnings.
