Hi,

I would like to know how to remain in compliance with the adsense TOS if we want to publish ads from a advertising network (CPM)? The new ads will be image based cpm ads.

Does that mean that we'd have to disable the image based Adsense advertisements? (text only ads)

Any advice on how to publish both Adsense and other 3rd party CPM ads and remain in compliance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think you have to make any change to run both ad networks (as long as the cpm network isn't publishing contextual based text ads).

Even so, most ad networks allow you to switch off the campaigns you don't want to run, so you could just switch off any text based ads on the CPM network.

You don't have to turn off image ads on Adsense though to remain in compliance.

If you are truly worried about that, you could email google for a direct answer, but I don't think there is a problem with running CPM based image ads and Google Adsense image ads.
