Is there a way to tell if you are being paid for 1000 page views? Or is that system up and running yet?

Currently I am aware of only one reliable way of telling you are paid on CPM basis, not CPC. It is when you see a channel that has earnings greater than zero but at the same time it has zero clicks (on a particular day).
And, yes, the new system is already running, it is still in its beta-testing phase though.
