How to do this?

I have one page on my site which "might" be in violation of TOS. How does one go about finding out? Rest of my site is 100% "clean". That page has adsense on it and it is not a big money maker. Other pages do well. Should I simply remove the adsense code? Or should I remove the "fishy" part and leave adsense on it (I heard that the second option might get you violated).

Thanks.

I would remove adsense and the fishy part, rewrite it with clean copy, replace the adsense and upload it to the server. That will trigger the bot to come and look to ditermine the best ads for the page.

Safest route is always best.

I have two pages that bordered on a topic that is against TOS.

I didn't want to get Tossed from breaking TOS so I email G and asked them to specifically review them.

They initially refused saying something to the effect that they review all pages with adsense (bull poopies).
They also suggested that I make the determination of whether or not it is against TOS. (a lot of good that will do when I got tossed).

So, I demanded a higher authority and let them know that my opinion on this matter was worth nothing...

Finally got someone to say they were fine.
Stuck the note in my doomsday locker.

Moral is to remove the adsense and ask them.

sailorjwd - what'd you mean "when you got tossed"?

what'd you mean "when you got tossed"?

Getting chucked out of Adsense for TOS violation.

I have to say that I had a similar experience when I asked for clarification on a page. They also suggested I figure it out myself if it was within the TOS! Fat lot of good that help was. I didn't go higher on that occasion, as I figured the page was within the TOS, and was only a page elsewhere on the site that wasn't going to have adsense on it anyway.

Next time I get that response I will go higher.
