i.e. the site can run ads with other pub. id.
Once a site is blocked, other publisher IDs will not work.
I didn't know about this. If so, that would mean that now when you buy a domain you'd like to know previously history of use, including sponsoring advertisements and see if not bannned in any network ... mmmhh...
