Filtered adsense ads on sandboxed sites?

I made a couple of pages at my site in an attempt to pull in some higher paying ads. One was for the lemon laws and another for donating your vehicle to charity.

At first the google ad content matched the keywords and h1 for the page. Today I notice google is sending low paying ads that match only the site theme, not the page. Whats going on?

The site is newish and in the sandbox. It is ranking in the first few pages at other engines. Does google restrict higher paying ads to sites in the sandbox?

Has anyone ever had problems with low $ click ads on sites also running affiliate links?

I had the same problem. My new page on criminal defense attorneys produced Adsense on motivational materials. I tried again today with same results. Solution: put the Adsense SEARCH box up. I instructed the visitors to enter their City and Criminal defense lawyer or attorney. The search box pulls up the attorney ads. My site is just now creeping out of the sandbox, a little over one year old. Two days now, NO Google searches. Sometimes I get 2-4 G. searches. For one year in sandbox I got ZERO G. searches.
