Hi,

Does anyone have experience with this. I am interested in applying to Google Adsense and wanted to apply under my Company and EIN. Does anyone know if Google reports my company Revenue to the IRS? Has anyone ever received Revenue Verification summaries from Google sent to the IRS at the end of the year?

This is essentially a 1099 form, I think specifically a 1099 MISC.

This is just to simplify my taxes. I might decided to report this as myself to avoid any hassles associated with a 1099.

Thanks

alika

Yes, G reports the income of US publishers to the IRS and publishers receive a 1099. In fact some publishers even have their taxes withheld by G (search for the thread here). G can mess with their search results, but they would be stupid to mess with Uncle Sam :o)
