EPC too low?

I have a few sites with about 10,000 page impression a day. Most of those visitors come from google.

I run adsense on those sites, eCPM is about 2-3$. Is this too low?

I saw on CJ.com, many affiliate has EPC of 100-200 which I think is incrediable.

I know someone that gets 100,000+ impressions a day and their CPM is literally 0.20-0.30.

My site isn't that bad, but it is still quite poor compared to what others get.

It's all about the type of site, and content.
