Only if someone have searched for Prescription or Casino

an adsense in a search result page in which someone have searched for casino or prescription.
What's your take on this?

My take is that you can't control what people search for. AdSense doesn't allow those topics on your SITE--that's different from what might come up on a search.
So you haven't violated the TOS. Unless, of course, you pre-populate the search box with such words, which you are not allowed to do.

also i have the adsense ad included in the header file, so it appears on the login pages. Any problem in this?
