Just changed Monday my sites and have now 2 days of frustrating low EPC.

One of the changes is, that now AdLink is on each page prominent dispalyed.

I did not make until now extra add channels for AdLinks.

So is there any difference in EPC ad normal ads and AdLink ads?

Are your ePCM and total revenues up or down? Those are the numbers that really matter.

The official word from Google, courtesy of one of their optimization representatives, is that AdLinks pay less per click.

Also, watch your ad placement - you want the ad unit that your users click the most to be the first that Google finds in the html for your page, as that one will get the highest-paying ads.

AdLinks pay less per click

That may be true overall, but across my network of sites, I've seen nothing but increasing EPC, eCPM, & CTR since adding Link Units to key pages. Best move I've made in months. It saved what was going to be a really lousy May.

Now since 11pm to 6am MET with extra Channels for AdLinks on 3 major sites from me.

Shure, the time midnight till early morning is not very representative, but a surprising high part of my income is from AdLinks.

Now with 62 from 100 channels used up, when will they increase.

Maybe I have the lone site where it's not the case as I'm seeing the highest CTR, eCPM and earnings on AdLinks overall. One adlinks block on one page alone has 50% higher eCPM than anything else site wide.

Go figure.

Now the first 3:40 of Friday with AdChannels to seperate normal ads from AdLinks.

All the sites are with

120x90 or 160x90 AdLink is the navigation area

300x250 in the navigation area

Some few pages have 120x600 or 160x600 of 250x250 also in the content area.

54% of todays revenues are from AdLinks.
