Tax information for my adsense account

Which form to be filled for non-USA residents

Hello everybody,

After setting up my adsense account, I am asked to fill in some tax information and I have some doubts about it.

I am running a web hosted in a server in the US but my residence, visitors and customers are europeans, therefore which form should I fill?

Ok, I know, I know I should have read the adsense help section:

"Generally, utilizing an unrelated third-party US web hosting service to host your web pages, renting web servers that are located in the US from an unrelated third party, or having your payment sent to a US Post Office Box or mail forwarding address, do not of themselves constitute US Activities."

After reading this I realized that mine is not a US Activity.
