I would like to know which ads my US audience sees. I realise that I could use a proxy based in the US to have American ads served. But the freely accessible proxy-server I can find on the web, either sort out the AdSense ads or Google does not allow the ads to be shown. (I guess this makes sense in order to avoid click fraud.)
Is there some way I can see my page (including AdSense ads) exactly as my United States audience sees them?
If your purpose is adsense impressions/click tracking, try a search for those terms, either here in the forum or in a SE.
And in fact as you say ads are rotated even if I just reload the page.
It is interesting to see how different the ads are for some topics. For my finance page, the ads don't change (from Europe to America), but for dating and ringtones, they are very different.
The reason I wanted to see US ads, is that some days my earnings double without having more page views. So I wanted to identify the new ads that pay more per click or make users click more.
I don't think Google will come after me as long as I don't click any ads, but thank you for the warning anyway. I'll use the Google AdSense Preview tool in the future to stay on the safe side.
