Google Sending PIN after 150$

I made 150 dollars from ads and now google says, i can't get payment until i enter the PIN, then y didn't they send me the PIN when i made 50$ , I was happy that i will get the check next month, but now, i think i will get after 2 or 3 months.

Its not the money, just the timing. I've been waiting six weeks, I'm on my second request and think it is a trend to send the PIN only after the second request.

I manage to receive my PIN automatically in 5 weeks time without any request.
