newbie - need som basic help

Hello.

Im all new in this AdSense.

I have a few sites i wants to put it on. But im not sure that im doing it right!.

How do i make sure that im putting the "right" ads on my pages, and they match my "thing" on the sites?.

And i have been readin in here, and i read that, you can choose from diffents types of adds, with differents "income", link kliks, or show... But i cant find that in my controlpanel under my account in AdSense.

Hope to here from some of you.
