We just visited your page www.SomeObscurePageOfMine_NotOnTheDomainOriginallyApproved.com and noticed that is was violating TOS. Please fix this ASAP.

main index.php links to index_eng.php by text link, and it won't show ads..
if my page was approved by google, would it then be violating TOS? by putting my blog in iframe and loading it on my not approved page?

a) You have a site in Croatian that was not approved for Adsense.
b) You got Adsense approved for another site
c) You figure if you insert the adsense ads via an iframe, some percentage of the Croatian site's visitors will click on the ads anyhow, even though they're in English.

Are you really asking if that's cheating, or are you asking if you can get away with it: "i don't think it could find out"
I say go for it, the worst that could happen is that you'd be permanently banned from the Adsense program, and none of your sites that had Adsense on them will ever be allowed in the program again.
As to how they would find out... I think you just may have told them. I would guess based on various posts, that it would be smart of google to monitor this forum.
Go for longevity. Play it clean.

You can simply paste you AdSense code into non approved sites, as long as they comply with the TOS.
If a site has been disapproved, I wouldn't take the risk of loosing the account.
If you happen to be displaying my Adwords ads then I'll eventually be taking a look at your page and if it offends my sense of fairness then I'll likely drop a dime on you.

Think about it: such clicks would be worth little or nothing to the advertiser who pays for them.
Don't try to cheat. In the long term you can gain a lot by using Adsense the way it was intended; don't throw it away by short-sighted greed. Play it clean.

how come, in croatia, there are some sites..in croatian that show paid ads?
No it isnt. I have an email from google saying so, but warning it may display psa adds or no adds.

i've copied the HTML and pasted it in blog, and there, it shows ads..

Well, as far as I know "this guy" is not the final arbiter of Adsense T&C - Google is. If you think what you want to do is not spelled out clearly in the guidelines, contact Google and get a specific answer as it relates to your site directly from them.

As I remember, if you make a subdirectory (eg: english.themaindomain.com) it's considered as an independent site, but for sure it's better to ensure before using this way.

In an odd change, the line Ads must not be displayed on any page with content primarily in an unsupported language has been removed.
But better to check latest TOS for yourself.
Msg #23 is a direct cut & paste from the Adsense policies page, that I got from the Google site today - where did you think I got it - archive.org?
how do you think g would find out..if you use iframe..and point to other page..that has approved content and language, and display only ads on other page..

You do realize that if you are copying your ad code directly from a non-framed page to a framed-page it may not work? You need to add something so Google knows the ads are to be displayed in a frame. Check with AdSense for specifics, I don't generally use frames and don't personally know. But I have seen the checkbox on the AdSense site hundreds of times.
so, i don't see that as a problem..
why doesn't it show?
