How have you handled these problems?

I am curious in the wa you guys have handled your taxes.
Are you registered as a business or Individual(particulier)?
And as a business how much taxes do you pay (0%, 6% or 19%)?
As an individual do you have to pay taxes and how much(percenage %)?

Or is it possible for us to let Google pay all the taxes from the revenues earned?
