I am running a free invision forum service.

A member of mine posting his URL into another website (called it website A) to get members.

The owner of website A is now threatening me to report this matter to adsense if i dont close his forum off.

Is this an adsense violation to have my member posting his URL into another website?

I'm with Ann. What are you talking about?

Why would it be a violation of Adsense for some person you don't control to post a URL on some other web site you don't control?

I think he's describing that the owner of a forum he hosts (and upon which he displays AdSense) is publicizing the hosted forum.

Looks like another case of "me speak no English".

But since I've been around immigrants, here is my guess. This person (or somebody who is a friend of this person) posts on a forum to attract traffic. The owner of that forum threatens to report Google that this person (who obviously runs AdSense on a website he is trying to get visitors too). In other words, if you don't stop spamming my forum, I'm going to report you to Google. Looks like an empty threat.
