You can use adsense code in same way as you can use phpads new for other ads networks

Steps
1 make new advertiser and place that adsense code in it
2 make new publisher and link that advertiser with this publisher

3 get invocation code for this publisher and paste in in your website

:)

Now you are earning money

There are no zones available to which this banner can be linked

Thats the message i get all the time. I dont see the connection between the two(publisher and advertiser). I dont understand how i can link them. The first thing i did was to add a new advertiser and then i created a new publisher. BTW where do you add the code? in your viewtopic_body template file maybe?

Hello snuif

By linking i mean that you want that the ads of following advertiser be shown to following publisher this is what linking means and this is what error you are getting

just assign some ads to the publisher and you will not get this again

with regards to placing ads code you can do it either in
overall header
index file
view topic
view forum

any of those you want

benevolent,

I believe using overall header will cause the ads to show up on login and registration pages (which is against the TOS), so it's better to use 'view topic' and 'view forum'.

Thanks guys for the responses. I forgot to set the width and height in my test account for my new campaign. Thats why i couldnt select as a publisher a ad. But its solved thanks. Any tips maybe for a newbie that will improve my adsense stats. ;)

I've had a question regarding PAN and Adsense. Is Ad targeting affected by using this system instead of placing it straight on the page?
