Conflict with Google Ads?

I got a nasty shock the other day when I noticed an ad running in my right hand skyscraper from FC and the text ads looked like google!

I quickly went and banned it. It was from ad.acknowlwdge. something or other.

Not sure if it violates the TOS with Google but was not about to take that chance considering the small amount of income I get from FC.

I have read them over and it does seem to but not really clear whether Google means other Google ads running on different adservers or Google-like ads?

It's Adknowledge. And yes, their ads mimic Google's Adsense ads. And yes, you could be violating the new provisions in the TOS against ads that mimic Adsense. Another ad to watch out for in FC is the skys from Vonage - one creative looks like Adsense too.
