What is shown by AdSense in countries not on the PREVIEW TOOL?

Does AdSense show anything when the visitor's IP is from RUSSIA, CHINA, KOREA, ISRAEL, DENMARK or the likes? These countries are not available on the Preview Tool. Does it mean that nothing is shown in those countries?
I'm asking this because I'm experiencing a pretty much lower number of AdSense impressions since may, 17th and I'm trying to figure out whether it might be due to GeoTargeting or not.

Put the tool on "auto".

That should give you an idea of what will show.

I thought that AUTO would have shown the ads using as a reference the country from which I was accessing the page. Do you mean that AUTO should be read as DEFAULT?
