According to the new policies: [google.com...]
, publishers could not use other Competitive Ads, for example YPN [webmasterworld.com] on adsense running *site*. For example, if your site has page A and B. You could not use adsense on page A and use other competitive ad on page B only. So the place holders for YPN on my website are dead.

I think you're mistaken. The new terms say you cannot use ads that *mimic* Google ads on other pages. As long as the ads are clearly labeled as being from YPN or wherever, it's OK to run them.
