Publishers asking to click on ads

I installed, preview tool just now and tried right clicking on ads. Google adsense preview tool shows up with some links to advertisers on it.
I clicked on one of the links "<snip>"

This guy is asking to click on of the links, which are apparanetly google adsense ads.

How on earth this site came up on preview tool and google did not even detect this voilation?

Yahoo! knows of one site linking to it, and (not a huge surprise) that site looks exactly the same except from the color scheme.

My guess is that none of them will have AdSense for very long.

Doesn't the preview tool actually show ads which may be shown on your site? They didn't make the preview tool show it, your site did. So google doesn't necessarily know about it.
