Blending the URL with Ad background

I have one color palette that has the Border, Background and URL set to #333333. The advertisers url does not show up on the ads becuase it's blended with the background.

Some of my other palettes are set to have the url blended, but they don't. For example border, background and url are set to #FFFFFF, but urls show up black in the ads.

What are your blending url results, as far as if they actually blend, and your ctr results? How do you adwords advertisers feel about this?

I might be wrong but thought concealing the URL in such a way was against Google's TOS as it is considered an ad element.

You can't set the URL color same as your background color, google script automatically adjust your url color if you do.

Remember that some ad formats don't show the URL.
