Ok heres my question.... fast click says we get 65% of ad sales, but do they really charge people $.60 per cpm? I looked at the advertising side and mininum was $1.25 so are they taking a share then handing them out to us.

Question two.

I have a section on my site that calls for high priced adwords.... about $20.00 per click, but in my adsense account I see rates of about 1/20th of that per click on the same keywords..... has anyone else noticed this?

Or is smartpricing mean .... 5% for you (publisher) 95% for me (google) I would call that their version of smart pricing.

I don't know where you are getting the twenty dollar number, but it probably has little if anything to do with Adsense in the end.

Advertizers commonly opt of running ads on content sites, so the high number doesn't apply.

Those that do opt-in for content network sites commonly run two campaigns, one for search network and one for content sites. The content site campaign almost universally carries lower bids, so again, the high bids don't apply.

In the end, the $20.00 vs. 1/20 of that seems reasonable to me, based on my experience and reading here.

well if you have both accounts you could cross check... the cpc's and payouts... from adsense...

Thanks for the tip about the search.... unless thats only on google that they get the high cpcs
