hi all

query no 1

just wanted to know the publishers experiences about
the effect on CTR+ earnings of adsense after removing the affiliate links ( ebay/amazon etc).

query no 2

currently my earnings from affiliates per month is 1/3 rd to that of adsense . and links for affiliates are in non prominent positions .

if i put affiliate links in prominent positions then my affiliate earning might increase than that of google adsense.(keeping in view the continuous downward trend in adsense earnings )

any advice?

This is kind of backwards, but I can tell you my CTR of adsense went down almost 50% when I ADDED affiliate links to my site. Not sure what I should do as I made a $40 commission on one of my affilaite links the first day and that is far more than I make in adsense in a day 50% less clicks or not!

I would remove AdSense from those pages for a few days. With a bit of luck the amount of affiliate sales might rise and that would make you lots more money than AdSense.
