I'm concerned that with google being a public company, when they're under pressure to meet quarterly revenue targets, they might just reduce our share so they increase our take. They could do this with no notice, no explanation, and no violation of our agreement with them, and if they were subtle about it, no one would really be able to tell. But in the end we'd all get screwed.
I'd be much happier if Google named a specific percentage. Even if they had to revise it as conditions changed, as long as they told us.
