A couple questions from AdSense newbie

I have two web sites in totally unrelated businesses that I am considering adding adsense ads to. Altogether they bring in about 2000 unique visitors a day. One web site, however is an online store using dynamic pages and each page has very little text. Since this site sells artwork the content is all images, not text. Will Adsense even work on a site like this? How will it determine which targetted ad to serve up if there's no text on the page? My second question is, roughly how much revenue can I expect from around 2000 unique visitors a day? I know this probably varies dramaitcally from site to site, by ad placement, etc, but what would a typical high/low be? Thanks for any advice!

Every image a single page.

Add art technic, type, direction, artist name,
motives to be seen on the paintings in the text.

Will Google read the keywords/desc/title META tags?

Your meta descriptions will most likely show up in google's search engine listings for people to see when their queries turn up your pages.

I'm pretty sure your meta keywords will be ignored as these were abused very early on to spam the search engines.

So you should be sure to have a brief, compelling, well-thought-out meta description for each of your pages, but I wouldn't bother with the keywords.

To know how long your descriptions can be, do some searches, and note how long the snippet of descriptive text is that google shows.

Why would an online store want to place adsense on its pages? I thought the reason for the site was to sell artwork not to drive your users to other sites!

Each page already has a thorough description of the artwork and a full set of metas. Now as for Dave's question...selling art doesn't work like selling widgets, where the same widget can be found at X thousand other sites. People buy art for different reasons and because they have connected with that piece (and because the price suits them)...I don't worry about driving people to competitors because the artowrk is unique anyway. The artwork is unique and can't be replicated or sold elsewhere. People who dont have the budget to purchase the piece aren't going to buy no matter what you do, so why not make money off of referring them elsewhere?
