Well, there was a mysterious call from Google today, which I missed. Anyone get called?

So, I went into the Adsense account, and seen, not what they had explained in that email they sent. I quote it below to refresh everybody's memory.

"First of all, EFT payment details will be posted to your Payment History page slightly later than check payment details. A "Payment in Progress" line will appear on your Payment History page before the 30th of the month, indicating that your payment has been initiated. Once we've confirmed your payment has been sent, this line will become a 'Payment'link, which leads to information about exchange rates, reference number information, and processing dates. "

What I saw was 'payment', EFT, and April 26. There hasn't been a 'payment in progress', at all. So, did it go pony express, or EFT? Mixed message here. The payment information looks exactly like it did in March for a couple days, before they modified it and mailed the check instead.

Anyone else seeing this?

Google is suppose to call back tomorrow. Message was, "did you see the site?". What site? lol. Now you know why I logged in. But, found nothing new, that I could see.

Have you checked your bank acount? My Google payment report showed that payment was made by EFT yesterday, and it was in my bank account when I looked a couple of hours ago.

Here's a thread about people receiving their EFT payments:

That call from Google sounds strange, but maybe you have some type of special relationship with them :)

I got a email from G on 4-22 letting me know what to expect and it was the same info you seen online

i just checked and my bank account has not been credited yet on 4-27 nighttime in Arkansas

that email also mentioned if there were problems they would roll your pay over til next month, which being a considerable amount, you hate to see happen

Google tells me EFT transaction was made on 26 April, my bank tells me a Google EFT transaction is in a "pending" condition on 27 April. I live in Florida, USA.

Google's EFT rolled into my account either late night of the 26th or early morning today the 27th. Exchange rate was 1.231:1 which I don't know if it's good or bad because the rate was somewhat volatile today, but it's not terrible. I called a local currency exchange house and they quoted a worse rate, but that might just have been timing.

Set up EFT a few days ago, once I saw it was available.

Both Google and my bank show the deposit as being made on the 27th. This is great considering how I can check both on my computer, and considering how lazy I am at going to the bank to deposit affiliate checks (I have 2 undeposited checks sitting upstairs right now). :)

Ok. Thanks people very much. I retired to a backward community, 40 years behind the times. So, my online access is usually 4 days behind. Makes it slow to track an EFT with them. I try not to actually have to talk with the locals at the bank. You have no idea.

Be glad you are, where you are, no matter where it is, it is better than here.

Meanwhile, I will see what the mystery call from Google was today, I guess, when they call back... if they call back.
