With the new site targeted ads, you can create an ad only for your site, click it, and discover which is the % commision is Google giving you per click.

My question is: This would be considered click fraud? If you create an ad for your site, and you click it?

Well, I suppose one could argue that the only person losing money is yourself... :-)

Interesting idea, guillee! I don't know if it's allowed, but I sure do want to know if it is.

It would be redefining the word "fraud" if it was considered click fraud. You can't steal from yourself now can you? and Google will be getting a % so you're not stealing from them...

I think that Google need another term in their ToS that states that you may not click on your own ads to discover info etc...

Site targeted ads are CPM, so clicking is not necessary in order to determine the publisher's split. Go for it.
